I'm a college student and will be voting for this coming 2010 election and I just want to express my insights about computerizing the voting process. I so totally agree with the fact that it makes the voting process more efficient and easy but then I really do doubt about the safety of my vote. Just like what you said with your other post with this technology that we have right now it is so very easy to manipulate computers. Good examples are the computer games were you can generate codes to cheat it and I think it would be really possible for that thing to happen.
I don't really have that wide knowledge on how that computers work and that's why there is still that certain doubt in me. There is a need of an explanation to the public of how this thing works so that questions in our mind will be ruled out.
I hope there is a response to this opinion of mine.... I hope the powerful and the appointed ones will hear my plea....

Bata nga ako ngunit mas makapangyarihan parin ang tinig ko kesa sa inyo.
Sana kakarmahin ang mga taong gumagawa ng mga katiwalian cuz pati rin kaming mga kabataan ang naapektuhan... Tingan nyo ang daming di nakakapag-aral at nakakakain ng 3 beses sa araw...
Alam kong naririnig nyo ang mga sigaw ng kabataan at ng kahirapan at huwag naman sana kayong mabingibingihan...
